Manage a named portfolio of large, complex enterprise accounts selling Anaconda's AI and data science platform. Build executive relationships, craft account strategies, execute sell-with/sell-through partner motions, collaborate with Product/Engineering, use AI tools for account planning, and drive ARR growth, renewals, and forecast accuracy.

Build and lead a global channel and systems integrator motion: design partner programs, enable and manage VAR/SI relationships, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, co-sell with regional sales teams across US/EMEA/APJ, manage partner pipeline in CRM, and hire/coach partner managers to scale the channel.

Partner with distribution and wheels teams and validate AI-assisted code where used.

Own employee lifecycle administration and HR systems while improving workflows through automation and AI. Administer Rippling and other People tech, configure automations, maintain data integrity, support hires/promotions/offboarding, operationalize recurring People programs, build documentation and self-service resources, and partner with People teams to increase operational leverage and employee satisfaction.

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent engineering programs by defining objectives, success metrics, and milestones; facilitate PI planning; identify and resolve risks; build program management processes and tooling from scratch; use AI tools to automate workflows; communicate progress and impacts to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery.

Own co-marketing strategy and execution with strategic hyperscaler and platform partners. Design joint GTM programs, secure and manage MDF, integrate partners into campaigns, shape messaging for technical and business audiences, measure program ROI and pipeline impact, and build partner-specific sales enablement to drive partner-influenced deals.

Lead a team to develop data strategy and insights across multiple business functions, driving analytics evolution and ensuring data quality and governance.
