Lead development and optimization of polymer patterning processes for electronics, focusing on roll-to-roll manufacturing and in-line vision systems.

Design and develop rack-level high-current power delivery and interconnect hardware for AI server platforms. Own electrical hardware from concept through production, perform electrical and thermal calculations, collaborate with mechanical teams, support validation and testing, and manage customer engagements and design reviews.

Design, develop, and release production tooling, fixtures, and workholding to support manufacturing and NPI. Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; build, test, and implement tooling on the shop floor.
