Supports the reliability and performance of Gallup’s global technology platform through observability, dashboards, alerting, automation, and incident response. Provides architecture guidance, mentors senior engineers and technical leads, establishes shared standards, evaluates emerging tools, advances AI-assisted development practices, and contributes hands-on to critical initiatives. The role also supports platform modernization, identity and access improvements, data-informed product decisions, and AI governance across the engineering organization.
