Sell Numerator's market research and insights to CPG brands and retailers. Grow and manage enterprise accounts, prospect new business, build multi-level client relationships, uncover needs, demonstrate product value, and lead full sales cycles through negotiation and close while collaborating with account management and solutions teams.

Manage a portfolio of ~30 clients and travel occasionally.

Lead and grow a small ML engineering team while staying hands-on: design and ship GenAI features, build agentic LLM systems (NER, classification, retrieval, summarization), partner with PM and engineering, scope ambiguous problems, and reduce COGS through ML automation.

Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects for assigned clients: scope, design surveys, define samples, analyze data, and deliver client-ready insights and recommendations. Serve as primary client contact, guide clients to full-service or DIY solutions on Numerator's platform, use AI-enabled tools responsibly, mentor analysts, support sales and consulting efforts, and manage multiple projects while protecting scope, quality, and timelines. Travel as required.

Serve as primary client contact and engagement lead for CPG and retail clients, managing projects and delivering insights from consumer panel and survey data. Drive platform utilization, prototype product enhancements, support sales as a subject matter expert, create thought leadership, and present data-driven recommendations. Requires strong project management, Excel and BI skills, CPG/retailer domain knowledge, and occasional travel.

Design, build, and productionize complex Bayesian and probabilistic modeling pipelines. Lead methodology and technical direction, collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering, mentor data scientists, communicate results to stakeholders, and apply hierarchical, state-space, time-series, and graphical modeling at scale with strong emphasis on uncertainty and model validation.
