The engineer contributes to technical design, prototypes, global rollouts, production operations, performance optimization, and reliability. The role partners with infrastructure and product teams while owning projects end to end and influencing the technical direction of the compute layer supporting AI-powered analytics.

Owns People Operations programs, HR technology platforms, process transformation, data governance, compliance, documentation, support models, and vendor relationships. The role leads HRIS, ATS, and LMS configuration and deployments, builds a People technology roadmap, improves employee lifecycle workflows, ensures audit readiness, and coordinates with Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, HRBPs, and leadership in a high-growth technology environment.

Own the full renewal cycle for a B2B SaaS customer portfolio, from risk identification and forecasting through contract negotiation and close. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to protect and expand recurring revenue. Analyze renewal data, develop pricing proposals, engage decision-makers, manage competitive pressures, and improve scalable renewal processes and playbooks.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales across a North American industry vertical, driving net-new customer acquisition and expansion. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, qualification using MEDDPICC, forecasting, technical discovery, demos with Sales Engineering, CRM management, and vertical-specific messaging. The role also develops sales playbooks, provides competitive insights, partners with Marketing and Product Marketing, and supports enablement as the vertical go-to-market model matures.
