Designs and validates molded plastic and sheet metal components for iron-air battery cells. Responsibilities include mechanical analysis, prototyping, failure analysis, validation testing, technical drawing release, and collaboration with manufacturing, battery module, and electrode teams to support high-volume production.

Build and operate a shared AI platform for internal application development, governed data access, knowledge retrieval, MCP infrastructure, agent orchestration, model evaluation, and cost optimization. Establish AWS infrastructure, security controls, observability, governance, and automated workflows supporting R&D, manufacturing, and engineering teams. Lead technical designs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with scientists and operators in a hybrid onsite role.

Coordinate with supply management, engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams; lead supplier reviews, reporting, onboarding, corrective actions, and cross-functional issue resolution. The role requires travel to supplier sites up to 50% of the time.

Provides legal support for commercial energy projects from development through operations, including drafting and negotiating contracts, managing grants and tax credits, developing scalable contract processes, maintaining intercompany agreements, and overseeing corporate entity matters. Partners with commercial, finance, tax, and internal teams while advising on complex transactions, compliance, and business risks. The role requires at least 10 years of transactional legal experience, a JD, and active state bar membership.
