Lead and scale the enterprise cybersecurity and IT GRC program: own security operations (EDR/MDR, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response), mature an ISO 27001-aligned ISMS, manage ITGC and external audits, design control frameworks across SOC 2/NIST/CMMC, govern incident disclosure, run third-party risk, and lead a small security and GRC team while reporting security posture to leadership and boards.

Lead supplier industrialization of sheet metal components from prototype to production. Define analysis methodology and pass/fail criteria, create calculation tools, validate designs through testing and FEA correlation, perform failure root-cause analysis, and collaborate with designers to optimize for manufacturability, cost, weight, and reliability.
