Design and evolve core architecture, own shared libraries and CI/CD pipelines, improve security, reliability, performance and observability, manage mobile releases and on-call, drive cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers while defining mobile best practices and developer experience.

Build and manage VC relationships to drive startup adoption of Airwallex. Source and cultivate new venture partnerships, represent Airwallex at events, execute co-hosted venture activations, and strengthen brand presence across the venture ecosystem.

Work directly with startups and strategic partners to build and deliver integrations, polished demos, and reference implementations. Lead technical partner engagements, identify reusable integration patterns, create playbooks and templates, capture partner feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering to influence platform improvements and priorities.
