The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage, source, and close net-new and upsell revenue across a strategic territory. Responsibilities include building sales pipelines, qualifying inbound leads, generating outbound opportunities, identifying buyer personas, leading discovery and pricing calls, delivering platform demos, developing partner and marketing opportunities, and evangelizing the product to prospective and existing customers. The role collaborates with SDRs, product leaders, marketers, and developers while working from the San Mateo or New York office two days per week.

The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage sales opportunities, lead new revenue generation, qualify leads, and collaborate with various teams to drive growth.

Engage and grow a scaled Tech Touch customer base by driving OneSignal adoption, managing inbound conversations, delivering 1:many programs, and improving customer health. The role partners cross-functionally to identify engagement and expansion opportunities, uses data to provide relevant resources, and guides customers from implementation through adoption at scale.

Own the roadmap for a product area, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and translate customer problems into product opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to discover, prototype, validate, and launch products. Analyze data, navigate technical APIs, drive customer adoption, improve processes, and independently motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products at scale.

The Product Marketing Manager will execute product launches and support go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver messaging and enablement materials targeting both technical and business stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 20–40 strategic customers by building relationships, supporting onboarding and integrations, leading business reviews, driving retention and expansion, and sharing customer feedback with Product. Collaborate closely with Sales and Support to increase customer value and help scale OneSignal’s enterprise business.

Own SMS carrier and provider operations, including 10DLC brand and campaign registrations, RCS agent applications, provisioning requests, and toll-free verification. Manage provider communications and tickets through resolution, track approval workflows, and coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Maintain operational runbooks and reporting on registration volumes, approval times, and rejection reasons while ensuring SMS deliverability and carrier compliance.
