Develops global go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, revenue growth initiatives, and market expansion plans. Acts as a subject matter expert and voice of the customer, informing product prioritization, pricing, packaging, and commercial enablement. Monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes while presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and representing Adyen publicly.

Manage Adyen’s North American corporate tax operations and international tax strategy, including federal income and withholding taxes, branch permanent-establishment profit attribution, transfer pricing coordination, audits, R&D credits, and tax legislation monitoring. Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional teams to support financial product innovation, develop scalable tax frameworks, advise business leaders, and maintain compliance across US, Canadian, and international tax matters.

Leads operational integration of Talon.One and Orb into Adyen’s global framework. Designs joint customer journeys, operating models, systems, and standardized processes; drives global program adoption; resolves complex cross-entity bottlenecks; establishes KPI frameworks; and partners with Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance to deliver scalable customer experiences.
