The Regulatory Counsel will provide legal advice on gaming laws, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage legal risks, while advising leadership and drafting guidelines.

Lead multi-state lobbying campaigns by managing external contract lobbyists, tailoring state-specific advocacy messaging, cultivating relationships with state legislators and regulators, tracking relevant legislation, representing the company at hearings and events, and feeding field intelligence into central government-relations strategy.
