Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize adoption, retention, and expansion of Replit. Lead onboarding, training, renewals, and forecasting while communicating customer feedback internally and driving strategic, data-informed success initiatives.

The Staff Software Engineer will build backend applications, enhance the Agent experience, and support product engineers while collaborating between teams and tackling full-stack challenges.

Provides customer and community support across social media, app stores, and support tickets. Resolves account, billing, and product issues; monitors feedback and sentiment; manages escalations; and coordinates with engineering, product, marketing, community, and support teams. Maintains brand voice while assisting developers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Own Replit’s AEO, GEO, and SEO strategy across AI-generated answers and traditional search. Build citation and content programs, manage technical SEO and site relaunch initiatives, establish measurement for AI visibility and organic acquisition, and direct agencies, vendors, and search tools. Partner with web, growth, brand, content, product, engineering, and analytics teams to increase referral traffic, rankings, signups, product adoption, and revenue.

Work directly with the CEO to produce premium documentary-style photography and video for Instagram and visual channels. Travel to capture events and moments, independently shoot, edit, and publish polished content, maintain brand guardrails, partner with Marketing and Communications, and build a long-term executive personal brand.

Own end-to-end disputes and chargebacks: investigate cases, decide representation, submit evidence within network deadlines, define policies and SOPs, track program metrics, identify root causes, partner with Engineering/Finance to automate workflows, and train/support frontline teams.

Own positioning and growth strategy for Replit's core creation products (Design, Slides). Develop audience-focused narratives, identify use cases and channels, lead launches, drive adoption and conversion, track competitors and customer needs, and translate insights into product and engineering improvements.

Lead Replit's paid media program by managing agency partners, scrutinizing media plans across channels, stewarding multi-million dollar budgets, defining measurement frameworks, driving test-and-learn measurement, and translating campaign performance into executive recommendations while aligning cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise communications for Replit: craft product, partner, customer, executive, and competitive narratives; build messaging for AI-powered software creation and secure adoption; develop customer stories and analyst/media relationships; support sales and marketing campaigns; translate technical capabilities for business and developer audiences; drive thought leadership and rapid-response communications.

The Staff Software Engineer will manage financial partnerships by overseeing integrations and ensuring they operate efficiently, from design to execution, while collaborating across multiple departments.
