The Enterprise Marketing Director will build MoonPay’s enterprise marketing function, defining portfolio-wide positioning, segment strategies, go-to-market plans, integrated campaigns, content, social voice, thought leadership, launches, and sales enablement. The role partners with Product, Sales, Creative, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to generate pipeline, adoption, revenue, and partner growth. This hands-on leader will personally execute marketing programs, measure performance, and establish scalable processes for enterprise audiences in payments, fintech, crypto, and digital assets.

Own PayBox end to end as a founding-style staff engineer, taking the AI payments product from problem definition through production and iteration. Build payment, peer-to-peer transfer, AI platform, application, and ecosystem integrations. Improve onboarding and UX, make pragmatic architectural decisions, collaborate with Product, and use AI tools while maintaining strong independent technical judgment.

Own significant areas of PayBox end-to-end, from problem definition through production and iteration. Build AI-interface payment and peer-to-peer transfer experiences, integrations across AI platforms, and infrastructure for applications and plugins. Partner with Product, improve onboarding and UX, make pragmatic architectural decisions, and operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
