Lead month-end close across parent and subsidiaries, own NetSuite reconciliations (COGS, AP/AR, assets, debt), validate historical transactions and ERP migrations, manage external accounting contractors, ensure ERP integrity and inventory/WIP accuracy, support audits and compliance, and deliver granular financial reporting and project costing to support scaling and acquisitions.

The CFO will guide the financial strategy, oversee performance management, lead fundraising, and manage capital stacks while focusing on high-growth and integration after acquisitions.
