Manage full deal cycle from evaluation and POC to negotiation and close, prospect outbound leads, maintain a 4x pipeline, and drive land-and-expand growth while feeding product and competitive insights back to cross-functional teams.

Build AI-driven systems for data replication and connector lifecycle management. Design agentic workflows for diagnosing sync failures, develop connectors and observability/automation (ML+LLM), improve control- and data-plane operations, own LLMOps across lifecycle, and partner with platform teams to embed AI capabilities and internal tooling to accelerate connector rollout and reliability.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for data infrastructure and platform roles. Partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and close candidates, improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes, and manage offer negotiation and pipeline operations.
