The role also includes audit logging, insider-risk investigations, incident postmortems, and detection of AI or agentic system abuse.

Drive user acquisition across digital and offline channels while optimizing customer acquisition costs. Define campaign KPIs, run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze performance data, develop direct-response creative strategies, and collaborate with design, copywriting, product, and analytics teams. Partner with product, design, marketing, data science, and engineering teams to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue through experiments and measurable outcomes.

Own Kikoff’s data security roadmap across AWS, Snowflake, RDS, and internal pipelines. Design and implement encryption, tokenization, least-privilege access, access brokering, row- and column-level controls, audit logging, secure data flows, and AI agent permissions. Partner with Legal and Compliance on privacy and regulatory requirements, threat-model new systems, and create reusable secure engineering patterns. Support data mapping, retention, deletion, and cross-border data controls in a regulated fintech environment.

Set the technical direction for machine learning across underwriting, fraud, risk, and personalization. Own the ML platform and modeling roadmap, including feature stores, pipelines, serving, monitoring, governance, and experimentation. Lead high-impact credit and cash-advance models through deployment and iteration, establish model-risk standards, partner with business and compliance leaders, and mentor engineers. This is a hands-on staff role with company-wide technical influence.

Build and maintain consumer fintech products across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms. The role uses Ruby on Rails, AWS, ReactJS, Vercel, and Flutter, with opportunities for rapid growth in an early-stage startup environment.
