Leads certification program operations as a strategic partner to the Head of Product Certification. Establishes operating rhythms, manages metrics and dashboards, oversees FAA and foreign-agency correspondence, maintains audit-ready records, removes cross-functional barriers, manages a small team, and prepares executive briefings. The role drives alignment, accountability, reporting, and execution across Product Certification, Engineering, Flight Test, Safety, and Program Management.

Guide certification efforts for Archer's aircraft by coordinating compliance strategies, working with teams on certification plans, and liaising with FAA representatives.

Provide administrative support for the aircraft certification program: coordinate certification activities, track and maintain compliance documents and checklists, support meetings and FAA submissions, maintain certification status reporting, and assist in developing certification processes and procedures.
