Develop, evaluate, optimize, and maintain production-grade Nextflow genomics pipelines (bulk/single-cell RNA-seq, variant calling, methylation). Architect scalable GCP-based solutions, implement containerization, versioning, testing, and integrate outputs for downstream analysis and visualization.
