The Lead Product Manager will oversee product planning and execution for partner products, focusing on API integration, migration to cloud, and collaboration with multiple teams.

Design and produce digital marketing materials, product artwork, packaging, and component visuals. Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and execute projects, assess imagery effectiveness, and follow detailed instructions. Provide design support across cross-functional teams and perform other duties as needed.

Serve as a Workday subject matter expert to configure, test, and deploy HR system enhancements; maintain security roles and data governance; drive process automation; build advanced reports and dashboards; manage integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs, PECI); and lead HR technology initiatives cross-functionally to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
