Build and ship greenfield full‑stack product features end-to-end for issuers and distribution partners. Iterate quickly, leverage AI to accelerate development, work across Elixir/Phoenix backends and TypeScript/Next.js frontends on AWS, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring engineers. Report to CTO and drive product and technical decisions.
