Lead national outsourced accounting strategy and growth by unifying regional practices, expanding technology-enabled advisory services, scaling teams and offshore resources, establishing standardized processes and KPIs aligned to CAS 2.0, and driving go-to-market, pricing, and talent strategies to achieve profitable, scalable client services.

Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on tax engagements, manage client relationships, lead and mentor staff, oversee deliverables and budgets, develop new business, ensure quality control, and participate in proposal development and client presentations.

Serve as trusted advisor managing client engagements and staff; ensure quality, on-time delivery, budgets and billing; develop new clients; supervise, mentor and train team; meet charge hour goals and participate in practice development. Travel as needed.

Lead technical and transactional accounting engagements, apply US GAAP (and IFRS as applicable), manage SEC and financial reporting, supervise and train staff, ensure high-quality deliverables, advise clients on process improvements, and support business development.

Perform and manage accounting, tax, and audit engagements including planning, execution, review, mentoring staff, meeting budget and charge-hour goals, and supporting client billing and practice development.

Sell cloud ERP subscriptions and implementation/advisory services to new and existing clients. Drive pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner channels, qualify and manage complex deals, prepare proposals/SOWs, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, maintain CRM hygiene, and meet ARR and professional services quotas.

Perform all aspects of audit engagements including analytical review of financial and non-financial data, testing accounting processes and transactions, preparing audit/review reports per CBIZ and GAAP, supervising and guiding junior staff, and participating in professional development.

Prepare and review complex individual and family tax returns for high-net-worth clients, support tax planning and research, interact with clients, respond to tax notices, collaborate with internal teams, and assist managers and directors to ensure accurate, compliant tax services.

Serve as tax subject-matter expert and trusted advisor; manage client engagements, billing, and quality control; supervise, train, and mentor staff; participate in business development, client meetings, and proposals; ensure deadlines and engagement budgets are met.

Provide advanced tax preparation and technical accounting support, lead small-to-medium engagements, review and mentor staff, manage workflow and client communications, and identify staffing and process improvements.
