Lead technical accounting advisory engagements (ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations, equity/debt, SEC reporting), manage client relationships and engagement deliverables, research complex accounting issues, mentor staff, implement technology and automation solutions, and support business development and thought leadership.

Research Subchapter K issues, identify planning opportunities, collaborate with advisors, manage client engagements, and mentor tax professionals.

Leads the HCM Sales organization, managing Sales Directors and geographically dispersed sales teams. Develops sales strategies, drives revenue growth and market expansion, monitors pipeline and forecasts, builds sales leadership talent, and partners with executive, marketing, operations, and service teams. Oversees segment performance, operational effectiveness, financial results, resource planning, service quality, and long-term growth for human capital management solutions.

Supervises global information reporting tax services for financial institution clients, advising on FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 withholding and reporting, and related regimes. Coordinates international compliance teams, manages client engagements, reviews tax reporting data and forms, supervises associates, supports technology requirements and testing, and delivers regulatory training. Requires at least three years of public accounting or related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
