Design and lead end-to-end AI solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Supervise and mentor staff, act as subject-matter expert, manage engagement deliverables and budgets, support client development and proposals, ensure quality control, handle billing and realization, recommend internal process improvements, and travel as needed. Requires CPA and strong communication and client management skills.

Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients. Oversee analyses, review workpapers, manage timelines and quality control, present findings to stakeholders, exercise technical transaction judgment, and coach junior team members.

Lead SALT (state and local tax) compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients. Provide technical guidance on multistate income/franchise, sales/use, nexus, apportionment, and income sourcing. Advise on tax treatment of financial products, intercompany transactions, fintech models, and complex entity structures. Conduct nexus and filing footprint analyses, support audit defense and controversy matters, monitor state tax developments, and help grow SALT offerings within the firm.

Manage and perform credit risk due diligence and financial transaction analysis for clients. Conduct fieldwork onsite and remotely, prepare and review consultant reports, lead engagements to completion, meet deadlines, and support business development while maintaining required certifications and licenses.

Lead US-outbound transfer pricing planning for multinational clients: design and review intercompany pricing policies, manage engagements, support local reporting and audits, analyze financial and economic data, review GAAP statements, and research comparable companies.
