Oversee federal and state financial aid processing, including awards, verification, disbursements, Return of Title IV calculations, audits, reconciliations, and COD troubleshooting. Manage cohort default reporting, loan records, exit procedures, and NSLDS updates. Support regulatory compliance, private loans, payment plans, CampusVue administration, and staff coordination while collaborating onsite with students and internal departments.

Develops and manages partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and clinical providers to secure student clinical placements. Responsibilities include prospecting within an assigned territory, building relationships, conducting in-person visits, presenting opportunities, negotiating agreements, attending networking events, and maintaining partnership documentation and CRM records. This field-based role requires approximately 70% travel and focuses on meeting partnership, compliance, and growth objectives.
