Provide end-to-end legal support for specialty finance and private credit transactions: structure, negotiate, document, execute, and manage post-close matters. Partner with investment teams and internal stakeholders, manage outside counsel, create scalable playbooks/templates, identify and mitigate legal risks, and support portfolio legal needs and investor-facing materials.

The role involves building and maintaining an analytics dashboard platform for Specialty Finance, leading AI initiatives, and collaborating with teams to deliver solutions meeting evolving requirements.
