Lead and scale a global customer support engineering team for enterprise AI SaaS/PaaS products. Define support processes, KPIs, and roadmap; manage incident resolution, product upgrades, diagnostics, and cross-functional escalation; recruit and retain talent to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Lead product strategy and execution for foundational platform capabilities powering C3 AI products. Run discovery with customers and internal teams, define API/SDK requirements, prioritize investments using metrics, partner with engineering/architecture on trade-offs, drive releases and adoption, and ensure platform support for commercial and regulated deployment models.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice processing, vendor payments, and month-end close support. Execute domestic and international payment runs, maintain vendor master data, enforce SOX controls, drive procure-to-pay process improvements and automation (including AI tools), support audits, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Treasury, and FP&A to optimize cash flow and reporting.

Manage semi-monthly multi-state US payroll and international payroll oversight, handle benefits and equity activities, coordinate with HR, maintain compliance, prepare payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations, support audits and SOX requests, serve as payroll point of contact and backup, and assist with ad hoc payroll-related finance tasks.

Design, build, and maintain core platform services, developer tools, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Improve CI/CD, release automation, and cloud provisioning. Own features end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
