Recruit and hire go-to-market sales talent for WRITER’s growing revenue organization. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, conducting screens and interviews, partnering with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, negotiating offers, tracking recruiting metrics, supporting employer branding, and managing multiple openings while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Design and rapidly ship focused 15–45-minute courses in sprints of three weeks or less. Own needs analysis, design, development, QA, publishing, and live or virtual delivery. Proactively identify emerging learning needs, triage requests, prioritize scope, and repurpose content across formats. Partner with product, marketing, customer-facing teams, subject matter experts, and learning designers to deliver timely AI, workflow, tool, and role-based training.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps, engage enterprise customers, define requirements with engineering and design, and translate complex AI capabilities into valuable products. Responsibilities include SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation, observability, incident response, post-mortems, SLOs, on-call operations, and reliability improvements. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end ownership, systemic problem-solving, and daily use of AI-assisted development and operational tooling.

Build and lead WRITER’s application security program for enterprise AI systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, SAST/DAST integration, security code reviews, secure coding standards, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and designing controls for AI agents, data pipelines, and model-training environments. The role partners closely with engineering teams, automates security processes, researches emerging LLM threats, and enables secure product development at scale.

Negotiate inbound and outbound commercial contracts, including SaaS licensing, strategic partnerships, data processing agreements, and supplier agreements. Develop contract templates, playbooks, and efficient sales contracting processes. Advise and train sales and go-to-market teams on legal matters, support enterprise deals, and improve legal operations using contract management and CLM tools.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle to drive net-new revenue for WRITER's AI agent platform. Prospect and qualify strategic accounts, lead executive-level negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions, ensure smooth deployment with customer success, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and become a trusted product expert.

Partner with enterprise customers to identify and implement generative AI use cases. Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, Knowledge Graph, and LLMs. Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solutions, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive adoption and expansion to maximize customer ROI.

Serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 50-100 clients to drive enterprise AI transformation. Define vision and JTBD frameworks, build C-suite relationships, lead ROI/value realization, orchestrate cross-functional programs, manage risk and escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and scale transformation playbooks across the organization.
