Lead and scale paid media across social, search, and display using AI-driven personalization. Develop and execute ABM strategies for enterprise accounts, partner with sales on long cycles, optimize targeting/bidding/budgets, analyze campaign ROI and pipeline impact, and manage agency/vendor relationships while aligning with brand and lifecycle marketing.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue by managing the full sales cycle for WRITER's AI agent platform. Prospect and qualify target accounts, lead executive-level conversations and negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally on solutions, ensure smooth deployments with product and customer success, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.

Lead and execute research on large language models and agentic systems, running large-scale post-training experiments (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, GRPO), building evaluation benchmarks and data synthesis pipelines, translating research into model improvements and production deployments, publishing at top venues, and mentoring researchers and engineers.
