Manages employee benefits client accounts, serving as the primary client and carrier contact. Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data specifications. Supports product backlogs, sprint ceremonies, release validation, and Azure DevOps work-item management. Partners with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, communicate risks and dependencies, and maintain documentation. Contributes to product analytics by defining KPIs and interpreting usage data.
