Acts as the technical liaison among customers, engineering teams, SI partners, manufacturers, and ODM vendors. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, project scheduling, system integration support, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, deployment documentation, and field feedback. Requires extended travel and assignments in warehouses or industrial environments.
