Provides legal counsel on commercial contracts, corporate governance, entity formation, capitalization, reorganizations, transactions, and financings. Drafts and negotiates customer, supplier, teaming, licensing, NDA, and services agreements. Partners with compliance and export control teams, develops contract templates and playbooks, and supports post-acquisition integration. Works closely with finance, business operations, and non-legal stakeholders.

Designs, engineers, and modernizes secure enterprise networks across corporate, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, classified, and mission-support environments. Leads network discovery, architecture, routing and switching design, migrations, implementations, integrations, testing, documentation, resiliency, and operational handoff. Partners with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions meeting compliance requirements including CMMC, CUI, and ITAR. Provides technical leadership, troubleshooting, mentoring, and architectural standards without direct personnel management.
