Deploy, test, and troubleshoot Civ Robotics systems in field construction environments; train and support customers on operation and maintenance; perform hands-on electrical, mechanical, and basic software diagnostics; prepare robots for shipment and deployment; collect field feedback and collaborate with Ops, Customer Success, and Engineering to improve reliability and training.
