Monthly travel to ADP offices and on-site lead generation required.

Support HUD loan production by processing exhibits, coordinating borrowers and third-party vendors, maintaining checklists and electronic control binders, preparing underwriting narrative sections, managing documents and invoices, assisting with closings, and completing post-closing HUD quality control requirements.

Lead and coordinate a portfolio of GTM transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, alliances, RevOps, and account growth. Lead a team to produce and maintain OSP GIS/CAD mapping records for Lumos's fiber network. Ensure data quality, develop GIS application requirements, train staff, solve CAD/GIS issues, manage digitization and conversions (KML, DWG, shapefiles), and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support fiber design and construction.
