Lead product strategy and roadmap, scope and prioritize features, drive AI-enabled product development for CHW workflows, manage and grow the product team, coordinate across customers, design, engineering, and leadership, and maintain documentation and release notes.

Support donor systems and revenue channels by maintaining data syncs and ETL processes, managing CRM administration, building reports and extracts, troubleshooting integrations, handling data hygiene (duplicates, batches), and documenting data flows to ensure accurate fundraising and reconciliation.
