As the Distinguished Engineer and R&D Lead, you will tackle complex software security problems, develop prototypes, and guide the company's AI software governance initiatives. Your role involves leading research and development cycles, integrating security intelligence, and shaping product strategies through market insights.

Lead analytics for product or business domains by transforming data into actionable insights. Define and track KPIs, build dashboards and reports, perform EDA, cohort/funnel and A/B test analysis, validate data quality, partner with Product and Engineering, use AI tools to accelerate analysis, mentor junior analysts, and manage end-to-end analytical projects.

Generate and close rental and sales opportunities for modular buildings by building relationships with customers and partners, managing estimates and project execution, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring excellent customer service across the project lifecycle.

Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and databases. Design APIs, authentication, data models, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows. Ship production-ready SaaS components, debug across the stack, improve reliability and performance, and collaborate on product and architecture decisions in an early-stage startup.

Design and build end-to-end geospatial data systems: ingest and process satellite imagery into columnar/chunked stores, expose results via GraphQL/REST and FastAPI, build Next.js/React dashboards, automate with IaC and CI/CD, orchestrate pipelines with Prefect, optimize petabyte-scale I/O, and lead hiring, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
