As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will guide HR policies, shape people strategy, support talent development, and enhance organizational effectiveness for Block's Design team.

Manage and optimize compensation programs, improve processes, analyze data trends, oversee project teams, and establish internal relationships as a subject matter expert.

The HRBP Lead will drive people initiatives across the Design team, focusing on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development while partnering with business leaders and guiding strategic HR practices.
