Oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable, and project-based revenue recognition. Prepare and reconcile invoices, customer accounts, billed and unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue using Oracle Financials. Monitor collections and DSO metrics, support monthly financial close, analyze variances, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606. Collaborate with project managers, finance, accounting, and customers to resolve discrepancies and improve billing and cash flow processes.

Provide administrative and clerical support including phone/email handling, scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, data entry, office supply management, report preparation, event support, and confidential record keeping to ensure smooth office operations.

Lead and mentor AI engineers and data scientists to research, prototype, and productionize scalable AI/ML solutions (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, generative AI). Own MLOps, cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP), ethical AI governance, model monitoring/versioning, and cross-functional deployment to meet business objectives.

Drive new account development and grow existing client relationships in a defined territory. Own strategic selling, develop pricing and maintenance proposals, build financial/lifecycle analyses, present executive-level proposals, track activities in Salesforce, collaborate with operations, and participate in training to achieve sales targets.

Provide regional analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial close. Build and maintain complex financial models, update forecasts, analyze P&L variances, report monthly/quarterly metrics, contribute to month-end close and journal entries, and support special projects and operations with actionable recommendations.
