As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll lead experimentation and analytics for CRM and marketing, building measurement foundations and collaborating across teams to drive data-informed decisions at scale.

Provide in-house legal counsel for consumer products and the global creator platform, advising on product features, subscriptions, promotions, privacy, contests, commercial agreements, global launches, event and production matters, and winner/age/KYC verification. Draft and negotiate deals, manage outside counsel, ensure regulatory and privacy compliance (including children’s privacy), and enable business teams to launch and scale offerings while mitigating legal risk.

Develop and critique YouTube video concepts, design formats and challenge structures, own performance reviews across channels, analyze metrics (CTR, view duration, retention) to inform creative decisions, and recommend what content to make or stop making.
