Leads actuarial models and tools for claims reserving, forecasting, medical margin, reporting, budgeting, and trend analysis across Medicare Advantage and value-based care populations. Monitors data quality, develops models for ACO LEAD, supports close and audit processes, and collaborates with finance and actuarial teams. Manages and mentors analysts, leads cross-functional projects, and improves actuarial methodologies and team processes.

Provide legal support for end-to-end payor and vendor contracting, focusing on Medicare Advantage and value-based care agreements. Draft and maintain templates, negotiate terms, manage post-execution issues, advise on regulatory impacts, coordinate cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Compliance), and support related provider, ACO, and clinical program contracting and legal research.
