Lead end-to-end account-based marketing to drive qualified meetings and pipeline from institutional CRE owners. Build and run outbound engines across channels (email, LinkedIn, paid, calling), own campaign calendar and tech stack (HubSpot, intent/enrichment, sequencer, ABM tools), implement AI-assisted SDR programs, measure channel ROI and conversions, and partner tightly with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize routing, enablement, and territory/ICP strategy.

Build and ship frontend-focused product features end-to-end: prototype rapidly (including with AI tools), iterate with cross-functional teams, and deliver polished production experiences while owning design, architecture, and customer feedback loops.
