Lead and coach a US/Canada Acumatica sales team to drive new business revenue in manufacturing, construction, and food & beverage. Lead end-to-end CRM implementations using Creatio and other enterprise CRM platforms: gather requirements, map processes, configure native tools, manage scope/budget, run UAT, train users, and ensure adoption and ongoing client support.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of small projects and PMO workstreams. Track deliverables, budgets, schedules, and documentation; prepare reports and dashboards; manage stakeholder communications, risks, and change requests; support process improvements and PMO tool data accuracy.
