Own Flow’s growth marketing and demand-generation engine, including pipeline targets, inbound programs, account-based campaigns, technical messaging, website conversion, events, marketing operations, attribution, reporting, and product launches. The role targets engineering leaders in aerospace, defense, automotive, and related industries, requiring strong B2B enterprise marketing expertise, analytical funnel management, and the ability to explain complex engineering products clearly.

Lead and personally execute enterprise technical evaluations while building a scalable solutions engineering organization. Create the SE playbook, evaluation framework, demo environments, onboarding and certification programs, hiring profile, and ramp process. Hire and develop a regional team of 10+ SEs, establish technical-win-to-deployment handoffs, and partner closely with sales. Lead post-sale deployment and customer success for more than 100 customers. Carry a personal account book, manage deployments, adoption, renewals, and support escalation, while defining deployment methodology, coverage models, health scoring, and renewal processes. Build and lead the customer success team from its current state to 10 or more employees, develop inherited staff, hire new team members, and coordinate the forward-deployed organization with Solutions Engineering.

Own end-to-end customer deployments of Flow, including requirements migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, adoption, change management, and integration coordination. Partner with sales, engineering, product, and customer systems teams to ensure sustained usage, measure adoption, resolve deployment issues, identify expansion opportunities, and develop implementation playbooks and training materials.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Manage named accounts, run complex multi-stakeholder deals, create account plans, and expand customer relationships. Partner with product and engineering on customer feedback and roadmap influence, develop expertise in AI-enabled systems engineering workflows, represent Flow at industry events, and help refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market B2B SaaS customers, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline across engineering, hardware, aerospace, and defense organizations; manage high-volume opportunities; partner with product and engineering; represent Flow at industry events; and help refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

The role involves designing, building, and operating backend infrastructure, scaling the platform, and contributing to CI/CD processes. Requires collaboration with other teams and expertise in cloud environments, systems design, and security practices.
