Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Enterprise File Services. Translate customer and business needs into priorities, guide investment and delivery, manage KPIs and product health, and ensure alignment with security, risk, compliance, and operational standards. Provides real-time operational support for Federal Reserve ACH and Check processing systems on a third-shift, 24x6 operation. Responsibilities include transaction processing, application health monitoring, incident and production issue support, operational trend analysis, testing, defect management, customer support, and participation in payment-system projects. The role performs recurring and ad hoc analysis, supports cross-team communication, follows critical processing procedures, and escalates issues when necessary.

Provides second- and third-level technical support for Federal Reserve Financial Services connectivity and integration customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems and network connectivity, coordinating customer onboarding and infrastructure projects, maintaining test lab environments, supporting regression testing, creating technical documentation, liaising with vendors and internal teams, and providing after-hours support.
