Lead IT strategic sourcing for software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, cybersecurity, and services. Develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and risks, drive cost-savings, maintain sourcing pipeline, ensure compliance with procurement, privacy, and security requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement procurement initiatives.

Design and develop blended learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, webinars, job aids), administer and publish SCORM content in the LMS, manage compliance training, produce learning analytics and reports, support Workday Learning configuration and rollout, and partner with SMEs and HR on training logistics and improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute medium-to-high complexity CPG projects, including new product commercialization, product changes, and continuous improvement. Create and maintain project plans, tracking tools, and PLM data; facilitate meetings; manage escalations; drive process improvements and on-time launches; present status to management and train stakeholders on project tools and processes.
