Build shared APIs, SDKs, evaluation infrastructure, tracing, observability, and model-routing systems for Suno’s AI agent platform. Owns identity and access management, Apple endpoint management, collaboration platforms, office A/V, networking, Tailscale, IT service delivery, vendors, change management, automation, and West Coast office support. The role requires developing service models, SLAs, runbooks, staffing, and scalable AI-powered self-service while partnering with business, security, facilities, and engineering teams.

Manage significant portions of the monthly close, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. Build documented accounting processes, support the first-year financial statement audit, research technical accounting matters, and prepare audit and tax workpapers. Improve accounting systems through thoughtful AI and automation while helping establish processes and controls for IPO readiness. The role requires broad generalist accounting expertise in a fast-growing startup environment.

Develop mathematical models for music preferences, similarity, engagement, personalization, and discovery. Lead and build Suno's ML data operations function: source and manage external labeling vendors, partner with researchers to deliver required training data, improve in-product data collection, and establish teams, systems, and processes to scale reliable data sourcing for model development.

Build web interfaces for creating and editing music, optimize product performance, and take ownership of product functionality to influence users.

Design and build detection and telemetry pipelines, write high-signal detections for identity, cloud control plane, and exfiltration, own incident response/playbooks/on-call, close telemetry gaps with engineering, apply detection-as-code and metrics-driven response, and detect AI-specific abuse using AI augmentation.
