Research and build outbound pipeline targeting AI labs and model builders; craft highly personalized outreach; create an SDR playbook; partner with GTM and Field teams; maintain CRM hygiene, handoffs, follow-up, and reporting to scale pipeline.

Own Goodfire's end-to-end events strategy for technical AI audiences: design high-signal experiences (dinners, salons, conferences), run operations (vendors, budgets, run-of-show, speaker prep), build targeted invitation and attendance strategies with GTM and field teams, and measure event impact on pipeline and account engagement while creating repeatable playbooks.

Convert interpretability research into production product features: design and build full-stack interfaces, APIs, workflows, and integrations for model evaluation, debugging, monitoring, and deployment. Partner with researchers, engineers, designers, and customers to deliver reliable, performant, and user-friendly tooling for understanding model internals.

Provide high-touch support to the COO and Principal Investigator by managing calendars and inboxes, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, handling personal tasks, organizing internal/external meetings and events, and partnering with Operations to maintain an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead company-wide compute strategy for training, research, and customer workloads. Source and secure GPU capacity and pricing, decide when to rent/partner/own hardware, manage compute economics, negotiate vendor contracts, forecast demand, and partner with research, product, finance, and leadership to ensure infrastructure supports roadmaps without becoming a bottleneck.
