Lead Vapi’s data function from scratch by establishing canonical metrics, building a scalable modern data platform, enabling self-serve analytics, governing data quality and access, and supporting AI/LLM observability. Responsibilities include sourcing, pipeline development, candidate management, offer negotiation, hiring-manager partnership, interview and scorecard refinement, market intelligence, and improving recruiting processes and candidate experience. The recruiter will help build Vapi’s Talent Acquisition function, advise engineering leaders, and consistently deliver high-quality engineering hires.
