Lead regional growth by coaching and developing advisor teams, driving business development and recruitment, overseeing advisor transitions and performance, improving client experience, and championing firm initiatives and technology to expand assets and retain high-net-worth clients.

Provide comprehensive service to an assigned book of high-net-worth clients, qualify inbound leads, support branch and advisory teams in client meeting preparation and workflows, document interactions in CRM, ensure compliance, and contribute to business development and client retention.

Serve as primary client contact for account maintenance, cash management, distributions, and reporting. Coordinate with advisors, planners, and operations to execute requests, onboard new clients, prepare paperwork, schedule and support meetings, document CRM interactions, resolve client issues, develop custodian/vendor relationships, and mentor junior associates.

Coordinate and manage estate planning review workflow, perform initial quality reviews of estate and trust documents and AI-generated summaries, ensure completeness and accuracy, liaise with attorneys and advisors, maintain records and CRM, schedule and coordinate deliverables, and identify process and technology improvements.
