The Senior People Partner will own core people programs, including performance management and engagement surveys, while advising leaders and employees on people-related challenges. Responsibilities include HRIS administration, policy development, employee relations investigations, manager coaching, compliance, and California wage-and-hour guidance for contingent and non-exempt workers. The role requires independent ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing technical manufacturing and robotics environment.

Develop and integrate software across a robotics stack, including real-time perception, control, firmware, and embedded systems. Deliver reliable, performant code; contribute to architecture, testing, feature rollout, diagnostics, and lifecycle development. Lead prototype robot integration, bring-up, debugging, and engineering tests while collaborating across hardware and software teams. Required expertise includes Python, system-level C/C++/Rust, concurrency, robotics control, network communications, Git, and maintainable software design. Computer vision, deep learning, Linux, and production perception experience are preferred.

Build and own Mytra’s internal operating system, including information architecture, AI-assisted workflows, documentation, and cross-functional processes. Establish reliable handoffs from sales through deployment, surface dependencies and risks, translate between commercial, product, engineering, and operations teams, and drive adoption of scalable communication and documentation standards. Configure tools and automate workflows using AI-native approaches to turn tribal knowledge into repeatable operating infrastructure.

Drive strategy and execution for a warehouse automation platform combining robotics, AI software, and hardware systems. Gather customer and field requirements, prioritize capabilities, balance hardware and software constraints, analyze product performance, conduct competitive research, and ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate across engineering, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer teams to bring complex products to market.

Own and build Mytra’s marketing function, including strategy, budget, brand, content, communications, demand generation, employer branding, and funnel measurement. The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead software programs for autonomous systems, managing timelines, cross-functional teams, and driving successful software delivery.

Lead end-to-end development and deployment of integrated hardware/software operator stations for an automated warehouse material-flow system. Own program plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, build scope, resourcing, and execution across mechanical, electrical, safety, firmware, controls, sensing, data, and software teams. Coordinate design reviews, prototypes, validation builds, integration, testing, customer deployments, and production operations while communicating progress to leadership and improving program management processes.

Lead board- and system-level RF hardware development for wireless products including schematic capture, PCB layout, antenna integration, RF simulation, conducted and radiated testing, FCC certification, enterprise AP/mesh optimization, and guiding designs through NPI to high-volume manufacturing while collaborating with EE and wireless SW/FW teams.

Lead global contract manufacturing strategy: evaluate CM landscape, run make-vs-buy analysis, prequalify and onboard partners, own commercial agreements and capacity planning, govern sub-tier suppliers, and drive NPI-to-volume ramps while presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

The role involves developing and managing the mechanical supply base, ensuring consistent quality through audits, corrective actions, and ongoing performance management in a rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.
