Lead a team of systems test engineers for developing and executing systems validation for Mytra's robotic systems, manage resources across projects, and drive innovation in validation methodologies.

Build and lead Mytra's logistics function, owning inbound/outbound/direct-ship logistics, returnable packaging, carrier and 3PL management, import compliance, logistics visibility/reporting, and development of tools/processes to support manufacturing and deployment.

Lead planning and execution of robotics and automation projects. Oversee project delivery, coordinate teams, maintain timelines, and foster customer relationships across multiple initiatives.

Own and produce system-level technical documentation (installation manuals, SOPs, WIs, maintenance and troubleshooting guides), incorporate illustrations and CAD/schematic assets, coordinate cross-functional information capture, maintain documentation through product lifecycles, and ensure safety and discoverability of process documentation for manufacturing and field service teams.

Develop and own safety-critical, real-time robotics software (localization, sensor fusion, fail-safe communications, motion-stopping). Integrate safety toolchains, contribute to HARA/DFMEA, build diagnostics, mentor engineers, and scale safety practices across the stack.

The Staff Software Integration Engineer will develop motion control software for robots, manage firmware development, and work with hardware teams on prototypes.

Execute on-site commissioning packages for robotics deployments: network and compute preflight, safety bring-up, robot integration checks, and construction QC. Produce high-quality deployment artifacts, document evidence, escalate issues with context, and collaborate with contractors and site teams to close out sustainment handoffs.
